Differ the taste of Kimchi

Keep your Kimchi in refrigerator at 40°F for longer storage. The taste of Kimchi will vary depending on the length of its fermentation. (The process of fermentation will vary by weather and refrigerator)
One Day Portion
Use reasonable amount of Kimchi for each serving. Make sure you firmly press the Kimchi and secure the lid tightly after each use. Best when served cold.
Overflowing of Kimchi Sauce
Overflowing of Kimchi sauce? No Problem! Once it overflowed, it will not overflow again. Kimchi sauce is likely to overflow during the process of fermentation. If so, please discard small amount of Kimchi sauce. Fresh Kimchi are tasty as well, but just give it an extra time to ferment. Properly aged Kimchi are the real taste of Kimchi. Well fermented Kimchi not only taste good, but also have more live and active cultures.
